St. Joseph’s Cluster: A meeting of St. Joseph’s Cluster in Parochial Hall, Ballyhaunis, on Monday, December 8th @ 8pm. Reps from each parish/church are asked to attend.


Granlahan I.F.A. AGM will take place in Hillside Tavern on 4th December @ 9pm. Voting for election of new IFA president will take place on the night.


Ballinlough Senior Citizens Christmas Party: The Committee members of Ballinlough Senior Citizens annual party extend a warm invitation to all senior citizens to the annual party in Campbell’s lounge on Sunday 15th December @ 2.30pm. A hot meal will be served and followed by live music, dancing and entertainment. In order to ensure the success of the party, the committee must know in advance the names of those persons attending the meal. Only those who provide their name in advance will be guaranteed a meal. Church Gate Collection:  The Ballinlough Astro-Turf Fund Raising Committee are holding a church gate collection next Sunday 17th November.   Work on the pitch has already started beside Carrick N.S.   All donations are very welcome.

ALERT:  Community Alert are hosting a public meeting on Friday 22nd Nov at 8pm in Campbell’s lounge, Ballinlough.   Representatives from Community Policing Section of An Garda Siochana and Bernard Kearney, Muintir na Tire will be in attendance.   This is a very important meeting and it is in your interest to attend, as the following will be discussed: cctv, text alert, security and safety in the home, how to deal with strangers at your door.  Everyone welcome and light refreshments served.
