Care of the Churches: Ballinlough

Sincere thanks to the people of Town South, who looked after the church during the month of December. Would the people of Town North and the Avenue care for it during the month of January?

Our gratitude to Group C, who cared for the church during the month of December. Would Group D look after it during the month of January? Group D: Noreen Coggins, Mary Raftery, Bridget Kelly, Delia Conlon, Mary Patterson.

The Senior Citizens’ party will be held in the Parochial Hall, Ballinlough, on Tuesday January 6th at 2.30 pm. All are welcome.

“And there in front of them was the star they had seen rising; it went forward and halted over the place where the child was. The sight of the star filled them with delight and going into the house they saw the child with his mother Mary and falling to their knees they did him homage. Then, opening their treasures they offered him gifts of gold and frankincense and myrrh.”
