The Feast of Corpus Christi is celebrated on Sun 22nd June. This is a Sunday when we honour the real presence of Christ in the Blessed Eucharist. We hope to have a Corpus Christi Procession in all our Churches.     
              
                                                                          

The Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes

Heartiest congratulations to the children from Granlahan N.S. who received their First Holy Communion on Sunday last. Congratulations & thanks to their parents and teachers and to all who helped with the celebration and ceremony.
 
Knock Youth Ministry will host “The Michaela Summer Camp” for girls  in The Hub 21st-25th July. They are currently looking for volunteers.     Mass will be celebrated in St.Patricks Church, Castlerea, Friday 23rd May @ 7.30pm. in memory of Mary Nolan and Mary Quinn former teachers in Castlerea Community School.          

                                                                 
Fathers Day is on Sunday June 15th.

 
A big thank you to all who attended and supported “Reeling in the Earley years” a tribute to the late Dermot Earley in Michael Glaveys GAA club on 2nd May last. It was a great night enjoyed by everybody. Thank you to all who helped out in any way and all who donated so generously to the collection for “Join our boys”. €1430 was raised on the night. 
 
BCS 20th yr. reunion, students 1994 on Sat July 12th in Val’s  Ballyhaunis.
