Harvest Collection:  Sincere thanks and gratitude to all who contributed to the Harvest collection for the support of the priest of the parish.
Mission Sunday:   This Sunday 20th October is Mission Sunday.   We pray for all Missionaries on that day and for the success of the mission of our church, in proclaiming Christ as the saviour of each one of us.   A collection will be taken up on that day for the support of the Missions.

Holy Souls:  The month of November is approaching.  It is a month in which we remember especially the souls of the faithful departed, our own loved ones who have gone before us, marked with the sign of faith.  We hope to have the usual Novena of Masses for the Holy Souls during the month of November.

Fun Walk:  Ballinlough/ Granlahan Defibrillator Group will hold a fun walk on Bank Holiday Monday, October 28th, commencing at the church, Granlahan at 3pm.   The walk will end at the Time Out Café, Ballinlough, where refreshments will be served.   Walking is one of the simplest exercises for promoting a healthy heart so come out and join us in the walk, everyone welcome.
Ballinlough/Granlahan Defibrillator Group will hold a Church Gate collection the weekend of 26/27th October to raise much needed funds for the continuation of the project.   We gratefully appreciate all donations.
Michael Glavey’s GAA 10K/5K Run/Walk takes place on Saturday 26th October @ 12 noon in Cloonfad Scenic Walk Area.   Registration on morning from 10am in Cloonfad Community Centre.  Please support.   All welcome.
