pray for the repose of the soul of Canon Paddy Costello former parish priest of
Kilconly who died recently.
We
cordially welcome his Grace, Dr. Michael Neary, Archbishop of Tuam to the
parish on Tuesday next to confer the sacrament of Confirmation on our children.
We pray that this sacrament will bestow on the children themselves and on their
families the blessing and guidance of God’s Holy Spirit.
Children
from Carrick NS will receive their
First Holy Communion on Sunday 21st April at 12.00 noon.
Congratulations
to the children from Ballinlough NS who received their First Holy Communion
today. We wish God’s blessing on them and on their families as we thank them
and their families and teachers for all the preparations they made for this
important occasion in their lives.
The
crochet and knitting group meet every Wednesday at 2pm in the Time Out Café,
Ballinlough. All are welcome.
