Choir Practice:
Choir practice for Confirmation will be held the next three Friday nights in Cloonfad Church at 8 pm., in preparation for the Confirmation ceremony on Friday March 9. All choir members in the Ballinlough and Granlahan church areas are most welcome.
Ballinlough & Granlahan Community Alert:
A public meeting will be held on Monday February 19 2007 at 8.00 pm at Enterprise Kiltullagh. The topics for discussion and determination include reconstituting the Community Alert committee, community needs survey, provision of community facilities for young people, play area and facilities for younger children and provision of defibrillators. Everyone interested in the future of our community and the provision of these facilities is welcome.
Collection of unwanted clothes and shoes. “Umbra Collection” advertise that they will collect the above items from Ballinlough Church car park on Friday 23 February 2007 before 12.00 noon. This organisation states that the collection will be for the benefit of an educational project in Kenya.
